Dr. Wilson and his staff have served our family (and extended family) for years. We so appreciate their friendliness, and their consistent care for us is not only medical but also relational. We have a large family with many little children, and they make all efforts to accommodate us. I have and will continue to recommend his practice to anyone looking for dental care in the Gaithersburg area.

Dr. Bob is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Our first appointment actually ended up being an emergency where he not only saved my broken tooth, but made a seamless and pain free repair within 24 hours of my fall. I could not be more grateful. The office staff was super responsive and so polite on arrival. The whole experience was really great especially considering the panic I was in when I called on a Sunday evening to be seen by a dentist that had never seen me previously. Won’t go to anyone else!

Dr. Bob has been my dentist for the last twenty-five years. The quality of his work is superb, my teeth look amazing and my gums are healthy (and I don’t get cavities anymore). I’m also usually very sensitive to pain, and both he and Patty were so careful and attentive. Their staff members are always so pleasant and make it a point to ask about me, how I’ve been doing, and how is my family. It feels good to have the feel of a real family doctor who knows my history and genuinely cares. I highly recommend Dr. Bob Wilson and his staff. You’ll be so glad to be in his care.

I’ve been getting excellent dental care from Dr Wilson and his staff for over 20 years. Although there are numerous dentists closer to where I now live, I would not for a moment consider changing.
